Delivery

We offer a fixed shipping price of DKK 45 for all orders within Denmark. In addition, we offer free shipping on orders over DKK 1,000. All orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days, unless the item is pre-ordered.

You will receive a Track & Trace number that allows you to follow and locate your package. Longer delivery times may occur.

GLS package shop is our primary delivery method. In case of delays with GLS, October Studio cannot be held responsible. For any delayed or missing orders, please contact us at contact@octoberstudio.dk .

October Studio is not responsible for typos in your personal data regarding shipping. When you order on our website, you give October Studio permission to withdraw the purchase amount. We accept Visa Dankort, Mastercard, Mobilepay and Applepay.

All prices are in DKK and include Danish VAT (25%). If you place an order outside of Denmark, you may be charged a customs duty. October Studio is not responsible for any additional fees or delays. We also try to provide accurate information regarding prices and products, but we reserve the right to correct prices and stock errors.
